Policies & Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 2025

By booking photography services, starting social media services, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging Haus of Elrow, LLC (“Agency,” “Photographer,” “we,” “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies and terms.

Photography Policies

Booking & Retainers

A signed agreement and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. Dates are not considered booked until payment is received. Remaining balances are due prior to or on the date of the session unless otherwise stated.

Sneak Peeks

Sneak peek images are provided for all sessions and delivered within 24–48 hours.

Delivery Timelines

Mini Sessions: Final gallery delivered within 2 weeks. Family Sessions (up to 2 hours): 4–6 weeks.
Family Sessions (more than 5 people): 4–6 weeks. Extended family sessions may vary based on scope. Weddings: Final gallery delivered within 8 weeks.

Editing & Artistic Style

Haus of Elrow maintains full creative discretion over editing style and final image selection. Raw images are never delivered.

Image Editing & Alterations

Clients agree not to edit, alter, retouch, apply filters, or modify images in any way, including through third-party apps or AI tools. Unauthorized edits may result in revocation of usage rights.

Image Quantity

Image counts vary based on session conditions. Quality is prioritized over quantity.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for punctuality, cooperation of subjects, and group management. Delays caused by clients do not extend delivery timelines.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations within 48 hours result in forfeiture of the retainer. One reschedule may be allowed at Photographer discretion. No-shows are non-refundable.

Copyright & Usage

Haus of Elrow retains full copyright. Clients receive a personal-use license only. Commercial use requires written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Social Media Services Policies

Scope of Services

Services are limited to those outlined in the selected package or written proposal. Additional work is billable.

Content Approvals & Delays

Clients must approve content within 24–48 business hours. Delays release Haus of Elrow from responsibility for missed schedules.

Communication

Standard response time is 24–48 business hours, Monday–Friday.

Payment & Termination

Services are billed in advance. Month-to-month services require 30 days written notice.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Content remains Haus of Elrow property until paid in full. A limited license is granted upon payment.

No Guarantees

No guarantees are made regarding growth, engagement, or revenue.

Platform & Third-Party Risks

Haus of Elrow is not responsible for platform outages, bans, or third-party failures.

Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Pima County.

Agreement to Policies

By engaging Haus of Elrow, you confirm acceptance of these policies.
